• user: User to lookup
• mode: Choose what data to display. One of: Application, Contacts, Tickets, Avatar, Notes, Raw

/contact [member] [message] <timeout> <ticket_button> <unverify> <disclaimer>

• member: Member to contact
• message: Message to send
• timeout: Timeout duration (examples: 6h, 1d, 2w)
• ticket_button: Add ticket button
• unverify: Unverify member
• disclaimer: Include: This is not a warning

• user: User to manage
• shadowban: Manage shadowban

• note: Additional timeout notes
