Intro types/methods

The social method requires the applicant to provide a link or username for an active social media account. The only accepted platforms are Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Toyhouse, and Bluesky

When reviewing a social profile, check the following:

  • The account should have a substantial amount of posts, replies, media, etc. Empty or barely-used accounts are not enough to verify identity
  • The account shouldn’t post or repost content that goes against server rules
  • Content should be appropriate to the provided age, someone stating to be a minor shouldn’t have NSFW/suggestive material on their profile

The question method is based more on vibes than the social method. You’re reviewing a person’s answers to determine if they put in genuine effort and come across as normal

  • Answers need enough detail and should actually address the question asked
  • Answers shouldn’t repeat too much of the same information across questions
  • Nothing weird, creepy, or otherwise concerning in their responses

The last question (about themself) is the main part of this method. It has a 200 character minimum requirement, and the current count is displayed next to the section title. This is what we focus on most when reviewing in it watch out for:

  • Age, name, or repeating answers from previous questions all count as filler content and won’t be included in the character count
  • Empty/invisible characters used to inflate the count
  • Stretched words like “eeeeeeeetraaaaa characterss!!!!!”, will also be removed from the count

While the requirement is 200 characters, we often expect a little more effort so 220-250 characters

If the application feels low quality overall but isn’t outright bad, consider adding the ⬇️ reaction flag and then verifying

The vouch method works by having an existing verified member endorse the applicant. The voucher takes responsibility for anyone they vouch for

Along with being vouching eligible in wypher bot (verified using socials or manually made eligible), the voucher needs to meet these requirements:

  • At least 100 messages or Real Silly unlocked
  • Verified longer than 2 weeks
  • No past questionable people vouched for
  • Not a troublemaker (preferably no notes or contacts)

If a member who doesn’t meet the requirements above is repeatedly used for vouching, remove their eligibility

If all details are good, the vouching process can begin. Use the green button Start vouch process, this will create a ticket pinging inspectors and the voucher. For the vouch to be successful, the voucher will need to confirm it by writing a confirmation message into the ticket. Afterwards any mod can press the Confirm button to complete the vouching process

If the vouch isn’t completed within 48h the ticket can be canceled with the Decline button
